Cover for ANKARSRUM Assistent food processor. The accessory is part of the basic ANKARSRUM Assistent package, but can also be purchased separately if necessary.
It prevents the dough from drying out in the metal bowl, and the rise will be more even.
It  can also be used as a collection container for grating vegetables, cheese, and mincing meat.
The lid also fits the whisk bowl!
