Kneading hook for ANKARSRUM Assistent food processor. The hook is part of the ANKARSRUM Assistent basic package, but can also be purchased separately if necessary.
We recommend it primarily for kneading small or large amounts of dough.
It is worth using the pasta knife together with the hook. During kneading, you will be able to guide the dough towards the center of the bowl.
Which is better to use, the dough roller or the dough hook? It's a matter of taste and need.
The dough roller kneads the dough, and the hook tends to "pull" the dough.
The dough roller has been part of the basic package since the appearance of the machine, while the kneading hook was included when the Assistent Original was introduced in the United States.
It's worth trying both and using them on the basis of the final result for the next kneading.
