ANKARSRUM Assistent cream mixer, dough mixer whisk for your food processor. It is part of the ANKARSRUM Assistent basic package, but can also be purchased separately if necessary.
Primarily recommended for mixing butter-based dough or simple dough, such as pie dough or cookie dough.
The package contains 2 cream mixing whisks.

IMPORTANT:
- if you change the whisk handle to the cookie dough or cream mixing whisk, pay attention to the click when you put the handles on the whisk head shafts
- whisks or cream mixers should only be used with room temperature or melted butter

The attachment can be used with the ANKARSRUM Assistent or LUX food processors, it is compatible with models N1-N30!
