ANKARSRUM Assistent double whisks and beater

Spare double whisks and double beater set for ANKARSRUM Assistent stand mixer.
The set is included in the standard package of the ANKARSRUM Assistent mixer but you can order as a spare bowl, any time.

The whisk heads are suitable for whipping foams, (e.g. whipped cream, egg foam), airy soft dough (e.g. meringue) and making pancake dough.
Min-max amounts: cream (100-800 ml), egg whites (2-20), pancake batter (0.5-2.5 liters)
If any dough recipe calls for butter, the butter should be room temperature or runny.

The beater heads are suitable for mixing mayonnaise, creams, soft cake batters, or simple butter-based batters and quiches.
If any dough recipe calls for butter, the butter should be room temperature or runny.

USEFUL TIP: be careful when changing the mixing heads, pay attention to the "click"!
