Scraping spatula for ANKARSRUM Assistent food processor. The is part of every ANKARSRUM Assistent basic package (from model N25), but can also be purchased separately if necessary.
We recommend it primarily for kneading dough for baking/large amounts of dough. During kneading, you will be able to guide the dough towards the center of the bowl with this spatula.
