Spare dumpling drum - shredding drum for ANKARSRUM Assistent stand mixers. Suitable for grating raw potatoes, but also horseradish or apples.
Those who like tocsni, potato pancakes or dumplings also know it as a crown grater drum.
The dumpling drum is part of the basic package of every ANKARSRUM Assistent extra drums set, but can also be purchased separately if necessary.

Perforations: Ø9 mm (with scraping claws at edge of each perforation)
