Practical ice cream maker set for ANKARSRUM Assistent Original mixer. Great for making classic vanilla ice cream, frozen yogurt, sorbet or any other frozen desserts.
Freeze the double-walled mixing bowl beforehand. Prepare your favorite flavored ice cream mix.
Place the ice cream maker headon the mixer, start mixing and add the ice cream mix.
After reaching the desired consistency, the ice cream can be served!

The production of Ankarsrum Assistent started in 1940, in the Swedish factory Electrolux. During the Second World War, Swedish households had to save costs much more than before. Families could not bake, cook, preserve jam and put it away. Because of all this, a massive food processor became necessary.
The present appearance of Ankarsrum was established in 1969. All the aluminum components were assembled there: the lever, the lever accessories, the top stand, the grinder and its parts, and the electric motor.
