Scraper spatula for ANKARSRUM Assistent food processor. The part is part of every ANKARSRUM Assistent basic package, but can also be purchased separately if necessary.
With its help, the dough can be easily removed, especially from the Assistent metal bowl, and the rest can be removed from the kneading roller.
The different curved edges of the scraper fit the bowl and cylinder perfectly.
It can also be used as a cream-speading spatula!
