Whisk for ANKARSRUM Assistent food processor. The component is part of the ANKARSRUM Assistent basic package, but can also be purchased separately if necessary.
Primarily recommended for making loose mixtures, such as egg foam, meringue, cream, eggs or sponge mixture.
The package contains 2 whisks.
Recommended capacity:
- cream (0.1-0.8 liters)
- egg white foam (2-20 eggs)
- pancake batter (0.5-2.5 liters)
- sponge mixture (1-3 measures).
The attachment can be used together with ANKARSRUM Assistent or LUX food processors, it is compatible with N1-N30 models!

The production of Ankarsrum Assistent started in 1940, in the Swedish factory Electrolux. During the Second World War, Swedish households had to save costs much more than before.
