DUPLEX LCT-R vegetable-fruit washer and dryer

Excellent quality product made in Italy by the specialist of vegetable processing. This high power machine is perfectly suitable for washing and drying high quantities of fruits and vegetables in a very short time.
We recommend this equipment for washing and drying leafy vegetables, heavy fruits and vegetables. But the machine is also suitable for washing-defrosting meat and fish!

Capacity per cycle for information purposes only:
- leafy vegetables: 2-3 kg
- heavier vegetables and fruits: 10-15 kg
- meats and fish: 10-12kg

Stainless steel structure and basing
Removable INOXAL (anodised aluminium) basket
Regulated turbulent water flow with even distribution
Stable and quiet basket rotation with electromechanical braking
Disinfectant can be added to wash to kill bacteria
Safety switch (the basket rotation stops when the lid is opened)
