FM STF-610 digital proofer 10/5 trays (600x400 or 600x800)

Industrial proofing cabinet for professional use, with digital control, made completely from stainless steel. Excellent for proofing of bakery products.
The rugged construction allows the installation of a smaller professional convection oven above.
