Professional stainless steelair cooled refrigerator. Especially suitable for storing chocolate and pralines at low temperatures. 
Prior to packaging, chocolate manufacturers store the finished product in refrigerators. Thanks to the adjustable temperature (9-18 °C) and humidity (30-50%), the chocolate does not oxidize and retains its shine.
The refrigerator is designed for heavy duty use, frequent door opening and operation at high ambient temperature.
