HELIA Gastro-Norm Smoker and low temperature oven

NEW! After the Helia 24 and Helia 48, here is the  GASTRONORM model with standard oven space for even more versatile use !

This appliance, developed specifically for gastronomic purposes, is perfect for cooking or smoking a wide veriety of products with low energy consumption. There is no air-flow in the well-insulated oven, which means that the food prepared with it does not dry out and cook evenly..

Because there is no air movement inside the chamber, you can cook fish and meat at the same time, they don't take over each other's taste as no oxigen enters the chamber. Due to the chamber remaining oxigen free, only healthy materials can enter the embers of the wood chips during smoking.

In case of smoking, the biggest advantage of the device is that it works with any kind of wood chip. It is not necessary to buy special wood pallets, you can use the wood chips you bought from us or anywhere else, or even your own!

Multifunctional smoker-oven, perfect for indoor or outdoor use for the following:
