Professional electric food strainer for industrial use. Excellent for making fruit juice, tomato juice, fruit puree, vegetable puree, sauce, jam and even fish juice in large quantities.
The device is made entirely of stainless steel and is easy to use and clean.
We recommend it to restaurants, catering establishments, and small producers.
Usable for:
- pureeing vegetables and fruits in order to make jam
- pureeing of deseeded fruits
- excellent for passing tomatoes
- by using the cooking juices even for straining fish soup
