Make thin, wide and long strips, slices, strips of hard and homogeneous vegetables and fruits (daikon radish, carrot, potato, etc.).
Eg: lasagne, spring rolls, wide chips, etc.
Not recommended for soft vegetables (eg cucumbers)!
Easy to clean, Japanese quality.

Standard accessory 4 different cutting blades:
