LOUIS TELLIER MARCEL portable wood-burning furnace

Professional mixed fuel furnace, portable design.
Perfect for baking pizza, pies, bread, meat, fish, steaming vegetables.
Unfold the lower legs, install the chimney, place the device on a solid table or counter.
The fuel drawer is located on the back of the device. Fill it with heating material suitable for baking: put dry logs, pellets or coal in it. Burn them in, put the drawer in place. Keep an eye on the thermometer built into the oven door. The oven space is expected to reach the desired target temperature in 20 minutes.
All that's left is to place the pre-made pizza, bread, or other food to be baked in the oven. A high-quality pizza baking mold, a pizza shovel, or a professional baking tray (GN2/3, or GN1/2 size) can be of great help for this.
The temperature can be monitored on the professional analog thermometer built into the door, and the food can be checked on the glass observation hole without opening the door.
If required, the Marcel oven is also suitable for cold smoking, for which it is best to use the wood chips available in our range.
After the event, the device can be easily cleaned, disassembled and transported.
We recommend it for outdoor events, terrace and outdoor dining places.
