This stainless steel manual vegetable and fruit slicer is recommended for professional use.

Make normal or wavy slices, chips, julienne-streaks, thin streaks.

The device has two blades built in, you can make normal or wavy slices. The thickness can be calibrated by you.

The removable blades are able to make conventional pommes frites or thin vegetable slices (by example julienne sreaks).

Working with larger quantities please use the foldout counter hook to get a safer fixing.
