PROTOK

The history of the currently known Protok manufacturer began in 1977, when Branko Zakaklar founded it in Croatia. Thanks to the gradual development of the last 40 years, the company has now become the leading manufacturer in the region, supplying a significant part of Croatia with meat processing machines.

The products that meet the strictest standards are still made in the same place today, and thanks to continuous product development, they are increasingly well-known in Hungary and other European countries as well. Among their products, it is worth highlighting their electric meat mixer and manual sausage filler, which are deservedly popular among butchers and backyard meat processors due to their robust design.
