Itziar, who is otherwise a fan of organic fruits and vegetables, made healthy vegetable puree with an electric hand blender. Hearing the sound of the machine, the idea came: what if they made a smaller version of the sieve used in the production of tigernut milk, and instead of the large press, they used a hand blender? The first test was made with tigernuts, water and cane sugar: the test went very well - the first orxata (plant-based refreshing drink in Spain) was delicious!
This is how the plant-based milk making device family called Chufamix Vegan Milker was born.
