Professional catering cutter with 6 litres capacity bowl made of stainless steel and supplied with ergonomic control panel. Perfect for cutting-mixing-emulsifying a wide variety of food product. The transparent lid has an inlet for feeding even during operation. For better heat distribution the motor does not drive the knife set directly. Very easy to use, dismantle and clean!
Recommended for processing fish, fruits, vegetables, cheese, chocolate, nuts and dried foodstuff! For meat processing not recommended!
