Recommended for those who follow a vegan, low carb, gluten free, or simply fresh and healthy diet!
Perfect for cereals e.g. wheat, rye, oats, barley, millet, or even ancient cereals e.g. for grinding spelled or spices, e.g. mustard seeds.
UNSUITABLE for grinding oilseeds (for example, poppy, sunflower, flax, pumpkin seeds) and pop-corn maize, pre-cooked rice!
