Commercial kitchen immersion blender motor unit suitable for industrial use. Because of the fixed speed and the attachable stem, many products can be made.
The separately available MA-71 stem or MA-72 stem can be used for pulping (vegetables, potatoes, soups, etc.) or creams (onions, peppers, tomatoes, etc.) and various sauces, max. Up to 200/250 L.
Easy to disassemble and clean.
