Withdrawal and Product Return Procedure

Notification of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days of receiving the ordered product and may return the purchased item.

You may notify our Customer Service of your intention to withdraw in the following ways:

In response to your withdrawal notification sent by e-mail, we will provide a withdrawal form, which we kindly ask you to complete and return either by e-mail or include in the returned package.

Returning the Product

In the event of withdrawal, please return the product together with all accessories and any accompanying documentation.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer in all cases.

Upon request, our Customer Service can arrange courier collection of the product. The applicable fees are as follows:

Returning the Product in Person

The product may also be returned in person at our Budapest office during business hours. However, please notify us of your intention to withdraw in advance by e-mail at contact@gammo.eu.

Withdrawal Process for Consumer (Private Individual) Purchases

  1. Notify us of your intention to withdraw by e-mail at contact@gammo.eu.
  2. We will send you the withdrawal form, or you may download it from your customer account.
  3. Return the relevant product(s) using one of the following methods:
    • personal delivery,
    • GLS courier service,
    • shipping arranged by yourself.
  4. We will inspect the condition and functionality of the returned product(s).
  5. If the product(s) are returned complete and undamaged, we will refund 100% of the purchase price and the original shipping costs to the bank account specified in the withdrawal form.
  6. If the product(s) are incomplete, damaged, or show depreciation beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we will deduct the corresponding amount for the loss in value and refund the remaining balance to the bank account specified in the withdrawal form.
