Cancel an order in progress The order has not arrived yet, so you request cancellation of the entire order.

Return an order already received You have already received the order and want to request a return or withdrawal.

For received orders, indicate whether you want to return all products or only selected items.

For cancellation of an order in progress, no products are required; the request applies to the entire order.

I want to return all products The return request applies to every product in the order.
