MOCKMILL

MOCKMILL is a manufacturing company in Germany, founded by Wolfgang Mock.
His story began more than 40 years ago: Wolfang was celebrating his 29th birthday, and a friend gave him bread made from home-ground rye flour.
From that day on, the founder considered it his mission to make people familiar with this treasure of nature, cereals and the valuable nutrients they contain.

Thanks to continuous experimentation, development and testing, several types of mills were born:
- mills suitable for household quantities (with Arboblend® or wooden mill body),
- mill suitable for continuous use,
- or even the mill head that can be attached to the popular KitchenAid food processor.
All mills are equipped with Corundum ceramic millstones. Thanks to this, they are suitable for grinding many types of soft cereals, hard grains, spices and legumes.

The firm's mission is that in the next 20 years every household will use its own mill to make its own ground flour!
