Classic chocolate chip cookie
Ingredients for the cake:
- 20 dkg of butter
- 4 tablespoons of bitter cocoa powder
- Santa chocolate equivalent to 1 bar of dark chocolate
- 1 cup of water
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- half a cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 plain yogurt
Ingredients for the topping:
- Santa chocolate equivalent to 1 bar of dark chocolate
- half dl of cream
- chocolate chips
How to do:
- Sift the flour into a large bowl, add the baking soda and salt, and let it rest for half an hour.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until creamy. Add the flour mixture, the chopped dark chocolate and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula.
- Using an ice cream scoop, form balls from the mixture and place them in a baking tray lined with baking paper, 5 cm apart. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Let the biscuits cool completely, then pack them in a metal box that closes well.
Chocolate banana bread
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- half a teaspoon of salt
- half a cup of cocoa powder
- 3 bananas
- half a cup of melted butter
- half a cup of oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of chocolate pastille
- chopped walnuts
- chocolate santa from dark chocolate
How to do:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees! Flour and butter a baking sheet. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas, add the melted butter, oil, vanilla extract and egg, then mix in the brown sugar.
- Stir in the dry ingredients, then the chocolate and nuts, and pour into the mold!
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, then let cool for 15 minutes.
Chocolate curd dumplings
Ingredients:
- 40 dkg of cottage cheese
- 5 dkg semolina
- 3 dkg panko crumbs
- salt
- 3 eggs
- Santa chocolate equivalent to 10 dkg of dark chocolate
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 liter of water
- powdered sugar
For serving:
- 1 packet of crushed household biscuits
- sour cream, powdered sugar
How to do:
- Knead the cottage cheese, semolina, panko crumbs, salt and eggs together, then put it in the fridge for 30 minutes!
- Break the chocolate into pieces. Take a portion of the cottage cheese mixture, flatten it in the palm of your hand, and put the crushed chocolate in the middle. Knead it into balls.
- Boil the milk and water with a little powdered sugar, lower the heat and cook the dumplings in it for 15 minutes, keeping the liquid close to the boiling point! Be careful not to run out!
- Drain the dumplings and roll them in biscuit crumbs, then serve with sour cream and powdered sugar.
