Stuffed Cabbage

Stuffed cabbage is also more than a dish. The warmth of family gatherings and the atmosphere of the holidays lies in every bite.

How to fit it into the modern kitchen? The answer is simple: with creativity and small innovations. Maybe you add a pinch of new spices (such as turmeric or fresh ginger) or complement the traditional method of preparation with modern tools. The point is always to preserve the flavor of the past while opening new dimensions. Simple, yet effective changes can take old favorites to a whole new level while preserving their essence.

 

A modern version of a well-known recipe: Wiener schnitzel

There is no question that the Wiener schnitzel can also be prepared in a modern way.

What should be done for this? Instead of traditional breadcrumbs, use cooked quinoa, for example! Or deviate a little from the usual side dishes (rice, fried potatoes) and make a trendy salad with some kind of dressing! You can add fresh arugula, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and a lemon-yoghurt dressing.

This modern version is not only a tasty and healthier alternative to the traditional Wiener schnitzel, but also a truly eye-catching dish.
