CORECO DAV-200-P Dry Aging refrigerator 120 liter
Professional stainless steel refrigrator, standing version. It is especially suitable for aging meat and storing it chilled.
Thanks to the adjustable temperature and humidity, the meat matures safely.
With the special control system, the aging proces can be monitored in real time.
We recommend it for restaurants and unique butcher shops.
