Professional electric combisteamer with digital control, compact range.
Dry heat, vapour or mixed cooking modes at 25-270 C° temperature range.
Menu language selection possibility, recipe book, user friendly 5" TFT touch screen.
Compact size: 72 cm wide, but only 62 cm deep! Digital control, programs with 6 cooking stages each one, automatic preheating system, automatic cooling system, regeneration program, recipe book, adjustable humidity: between 0%-100%, reversible fans, adjustable fan speed up to 10 levels, internal LED light, Delta T cooking control (keeps a small temperature difference between the oven temperature and the internal temperature of the food), USB connection.
NEW! Foods that require the same baking climate but different baking times can be baked in two ways at the same time:
- Multicook: if you want to use all of the baking trays but with different start time, the oven will alarm on each tray separately, or
- All on time: if you need all trays' content ready at the same time, the oven will alarm when to insert which tray in the oven.
Important: at both systems up to 8 different timings can be specified.
