GAMMO frying pan – 24x5 cm
Professional stainless steel shallow frying pan with two side handles, designed for use in commercial kitchens.
Ideal for frying meat cutlets (e.g. Wiener schnitzel) and other breaded meat products.
The multi-layer sandwich base ensures fast and even heat distribution, helping the meat remain crispy on the outside while tender and juicy on the inside.
Suitable for use on electric, ceramic, gas and induction hobs.
Material: stainless steel (SS443), thickness 0.8 mm
Base construction: 3.5 mm aluminium core + 0.8 mm stainless steel layers (18/0)
