GAMMO Organic combined manual mill and flaker

Manual tabletop grain mill and flaker. The multifunctional device is recommended for the production of freshly ground flour or freshly pressed cereal flakes/muesli, in household quantities.
The mill part is equipped with a millstone with corundum grains and can be used for grinding cereals.
You can only grind cornif you grind it in advance to the size of a grain of wheat. Whole grain corn cannot be ground with this type of mill!
The fineness of the grinding can be adjusted with the triangular knob at the front of the machine, from coarse grinding to fine flour.
Crushing rollers with a grooved surface in the flaking part flatten the grains. The thickness of the cereal flakes cannot be adjusted with this model!
It is recommended to maintain the device every six months: there are three gears located behind the cover on the drive side, they must be greased with food-grade grease.

Suitable for:
- in the mill hopper: for grinding and milling dry cereals the size of a grain of wheat (all types of wheat, rye, rice, barley, buckwheat, millet, quinoa, etc.).
- in the flaking hopper: for flaking oats, rye, wheat, spelled wheat.
Not suitable for: grinding oil seeds (poppies, walnuts, almonds, sunflowers, linseeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds) or other wet grains.
