Professional electric fryer in standing and completely stainless steel design, for use in commercial kitchens. Because of the large basket, it is an ideal choice for frying larger quantities of potatoes, fish, meat and other dishes.
The appliance is equipped with a lockable lower cabinet, drain tap and lid. The heater is removable for easy cleaning.
