  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

  • black pepper

Preparation

2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken breast slices on both sides until they are golden brown. When done, remove them from the pan and set aside (keep warm).

3. Fry the chopped garlic for a few minutes in the same pan where you fried the chicken. Then mix in the Dijon mustard and honey. Add the cream and mix until smooth. Cook the sauce for a few minutes until it thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Return the chicken breast slices to the sauce to warm through and absorb the flavor of the sauce!
