Let's regain the honor of the Easter sausage!
2018. 03. 27.
Unfortunately, as Easter approaches, it becomes clear how undeservedly underrated an Easter delicacy sausage is compared to the eternal first-place ham.
Even Gyula Krúdy is biased about ham. In one of his writings, for example, he praises it like this:
"Ham requires a certain classicity and the passage of time to become truly enjoyable."
Of course, this view is not exclusive in the literature, Zsigmond Móricz, for example, believes that sausage and ham can actually strengthen each other, and that good ham can be used to make an even better, gastronomically superior sausage.
Fortunately, however, there are places where sausage is properly appreciated.
The Czech Republic is such a place, and the Czechs can say about themselves that not only the fence, but also the Easter rabbit can be made of sausage.:

It must have been formulated by many people, but somehow no one dared to ask the question: why can you make an Easter bunny only out of chocolate?
The Czechs settled with this taboo.
However, if you missed it this year, don't despair, there will be Easter next year as well. Until then, there will be plenty of occasions where you may need a professional sausage filler.
