Preparation for Easter with the ANKARSRUM Assistant

Scone - from the oven

On Easter morning, there is nothing tastier than a fresh, crispy scone with butter, topped with a slice of ham, cheese, egg, or perhaps tomato. Perhaps only one thing can beat it: if we make the cake! All you need for this is a good recipe, a preheated oven, a few ingredients, and last but not least, the Ankarsrum stand mixer, with its kneading function you can make great scone dough.
 

Heavenly cheese patty

Although the scone is one of the most important Easter cakes, patty may rival it in popularity. Kneading the dough also plays an important role in the patty, but if you are a true gourmet, you can put grated cheese on the patty - the Ankarsrum grater head part can help with this.
 

Juice instead of cola

With Ankarsrum, drinking unhealthy cola is over! Fans of freshly squeezed fruit juice can make orange or apple juice for themselves and their guests with the strainer and for children we can make super delicious smoothies from a combination of different fruits.
 
 

Ham cream from ham

After Easter, there is usually a lot of food left over. For example: ham, eggs, maybe cake. In such cases, a part of the ham can be used to make various ham creams, which complement the daily menu well when spread on bread or as a separate dip. For this, we recommend the use of the meat mincer head part,  and a smaller disc (with a hole diameter of 4.5 mm), so that after processing, the ham can be mixed with butter, eggs or various cheese creams much more easily.
 

The unmissable meatloaf

When it comes to mincing meat, the meatloaf cannot be left out of the Easter table. For those who don't want to miss it this year, the meat mincer head helps them make meatballs of the right consistency and easy to shape.
 

Handmade chocolate eggs

Yes, we can make chocolate eggs at home! Although the result may not be as regular as in the case of a Kinder Surprise, our guests will love it. With this method, you can make delicious, handmade chocolate eggs based on your own recipe.
For the initial operations, i.e. mixing the chocolate cream, we recommend the Ankarsrum mixing function so you can mix and flavor the melted chocolate with cream, cocoa, fruits, caramel or hazelnuts to everyone's liking. Once the cream is ready, all we have to do is first pour the chocolate cream into a tube and then into a cleaned balloon and let it stand. As soon as the cream has cooled and the chocolate has hardened, you can cut off the balloon and the special homemade candy is ready! The video below shows the whole process:
