SAMMIC Sous vide floating balls
Make a duvet on the surface of any sous vide water bath! Heat-insulating balls reduce heat loss and evaporation, more even water temperature. It also reduces evaporation and the risk of splashing. It also helps keep the vacuum bag in the water.
Hollow Plastic Floating Balls - 20mm diameter. Made of polypropylene.
Can be used in temperatures up to 110°C and in most bath fluids.
