Professional universal cutter for comercial kitchens. Excellent for slicing and grating vegetables, fruits, cheeses and potatoes.
The end product outlet is positioned at the front, so it fits in a tighter space!
The device is easy to use and to clean.

Production capacity: 100-250 kg/h
There are two types of dosing: dosing lever for larger products, wood temper for longer ones (eg cucumber, zucchini, radish, etc.)
Aluminium alloy structure and cover

Standard equipment included: 
- 2 pc slicing discs (blades for 2mm and 4mm slices)
- 3 pc grating discs (3mm, 4mm, 7mm hole diameter)
