GAMMO: A decade-long success story rises to new heights

How time flies ...it feels like I just wrote about the origins of GAMMO, yet it has already been a year. And what an exciting year!

The year 2024 has surpassed the previous one in many ways: our annual revenue increased by more than 30% (to nearly 4 million EUR net), the number of completed orders grew by 20% (to around 19,000), and we handled this higher demand with a team that has grown by four members - now 21 people strong.

Thousands of returning customers confirm that we are on the right path: there is a huge demand for high-quality kitchen appliances and equipment offered at competitive prices. In an era of artificial intelligence and giant marketplaces, it is becoming increasingly important to provide customer service with knowledgeable, real human professionals who can assist our buyers.

Our product range has also expanded significantly since last year, as we continue strengthening our relationships with trusted manufacturers and now offer an even wider range of catering and hospitality equipment. Under the GAMMO brand name, customers can now find over 450 different products - all tested and high-quality.

I am proud of GAMMO’s skilled, motivated, and helpful team, who support our customers throughout the purchasing process and remain available should they need repairs or spare parts later. We carefully select our logistics partners to ensure that orders arrive as quickly and safely as possible. And if, despite our best intentions, any issue or complaint arises, our dedicated claims team is here to find a solution as quickly as possible.
