Gammo stories: from courier to logistics manager

I have known Gammo since August 2017. At that time, I delivered them regularly as a courier.
In August 2018, I was asked if I would like to work with them. Since the scope of the company's activities and the people working at the company (now colleagues) were sympathetic, I said yes.

Almost six years have passed since then, and I still have no regrets about changing jobs. I started with the preparation and delivery our products, and now I also coordinate a super logistics team. My colleagues and I always strive to ensure that the ordered products reach our customers on time and undamaged, in order to maximize their satisfaction.

Gammo is not just a workplace. Together with our colleagues, we form a team where, in addition to the sometimes tough working days, we also hold a common leisure program: we release the tension caused by a tiring working day with a ping-pong or darts competition, at other times with a bike ride, or perhaps by baking pancakes or grilling.
During the games, there is usually a lot of competition, of course in a good way.
Depending on the weather, we regularly participate in the Bicycle Breakfasts organized in the capital, in which case everyone arrives by bike to the Freedom Bridge, from where we go to work together. We go on bike trips together quite a few times. This is when we go to beautiful places and discover new places. These tours usually end at the Ebihal Buffet, where we head home after some refreshments.
Sausage filling and grilling are almost a tradition at the company. In this case, everyone does their share of the work, and then we end the day with a joint dinner and party.

Over the years, a fantastic team was formed, I learned a lot of new things and met many new challenges.
I never thought that there was a workplace where I could actually go to work as if I wasn't going to work.
