Make heavenly American pancakes with the ANKARSRUM stand mixer! Our recipe is also one of the gastronomic treasures of the ANKARSRUM recipe book.

Ingredients:

2 eggs

500 ml of milk

300 grams of flour

45 grams of sugar

20 grams of baking powder

salt

American pancakes, step by step

• Assemble the machine with the 3.5 liter plastic bowl and the double whisk attachment.

• Add all the dry ingredients to the bowl.

• Gradually add the milk while whisking.

• Mix in the eggs one at a time.

• Once the dough is good, it is ready to be baked. Place a ladleful in a non-stick pan, it is important that it is not necessary to spread it like traditional pancakes, here thicker pieces are made, as you can see in the picture.

• Serve with your favorite dressing!

ANKA TIP:

Try it with peanut butter and maple syrup, but you can also eat it with yogurt, fresh fruit or whipped cream.
