What is finger food?

But before we get into it, let's say a few words about what finger food is. Although it is only tangentially related to the topic, for the sake of understanding later, it is worth clarifying what this concept is right now, at the beginning.

We call finger food any easy-to-eat food, snacks, nibbles, snacks that are served in small portions and can be eaten by hand or with a small spoon or small fork. It is customary to offer small sandwiches, biscuits, fruits, and cakes in this way at various events, standing receptions, and openings.

Finger food also includes elegant and stylish serving. Tools (glasses, bowls) designed for this purpose are meant to make this possible.
